1. Nature of Our Services

SpanishExamPrep.com provides private tutoring services only. All lessons, materials, and guidance are offered exclusively for educational support and exam preparation. Participation in our lessons does not grant any official certification, academic credit, or institutional status. SpanishExamPrep.com is not a formal educational institution, an accredited language academy, a recognised school or college, or a provider of State‑certified qualifications. While we do not operate as an official academic body, our teaching approach, structured syllabus design, and rigorous methodology are intended to significantly strengthen students’ linguistic skills and overall performance in Spanish.

2. Services Provided

SpanishExamPrep.com offers:

One‑to‑one online Spanish lessons for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students

In‑person Spanish lessons in Wexford

Introductory tutoring sessions

Educational materials and course information available on our website

All lessons are delivered by independent tutors with experience in Spanish language teaching and exam preparation.

3. Booking and Payment

All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (https://stripe.com/ie).

A booking confirmation is sent by email once payment is received.

Online lessons are delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Key points include:

Full refunds are available when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

Refund requests must be submitted to info@spanishexamprep.com.

Our preferred alternative to cancellation is rescheduling, which must also be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and no‑shows are not refundable.

5. Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time.

They do not entitle the customer to refunds, partial refunds, or price adjustments after a booking is completed.

Refunds, where applicable, are based solely on the amount actually paid.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

Ensure they have a stable internet connection for online lessons

Attend lessons on time

Provide accurate contact details when booking

Use the lesson link provided only for personal educational purposes

Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for refunds.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or misuse any content from the website

Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability
