Refund Policy

SpanishExamPrep.com provides online and in‑person Spanish lessons for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students across Ireland. This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through our website, including video‑conference lessons and in‑person sessions in Wexford.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund of the lesson fee is available when the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@spanishexamprep.com.

2. Rescheduling as Primary Option

Our preferred alternative to cancellation is to reschedule the lesson for another available date and time.

Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If a lesson is rescheduled, no refund will be issued unless the new booking is later cancelled within the permitted timeframe.

3. Late Cancellations and No‑Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or failure to attend the session, are not eligible for a refund.

The full lesson fee is retained to cover tutor preparation and reserved time.

4. Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

The use of discount codes or promotional offers is entirely discretionary and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Discount codes do not entitle the customer to any refund, partial refund, or price adjustment after a booking has been completed.

Refunds, where applicable under this policy, are always processed based on the amount actually paid at checkout.

5. Delivery of Online Lessons

For online lessons delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, the session link is sent to the email provided once payment is received.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to the chosen platform and a stable internet connection. Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for a refund.

6. GDPR and Data Protection

All personal data provided when booking, cancelling, or requesting a refund is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data‑protection law.

Data is used solely for managing bookings, issuing refunds, and providing customer support.

Personal information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for secure payment processing.

7. Amendments to This Policy

SpanishExamPrep.com may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings only.
